2. Copy the following notes into your science notebook just after the notes for our last lesson ("The Causes of Climate"):

Obj: TSW:                           
      Consider the solubility of solids in 3 different solvents;
      learn about the concept of water as the universal solvent;
      describe how most of the water on earth has dissolved solids.
VOCAB - write words in your science notes, words + definitions in vocab section:
*         Clouds - A visible collection of water droplets in the atmosphere. Ex: cirrus, stratus, cumulus, fog (fog is a cloud on the ground).
*         Salinity – the amount of salt dissolved in the water. 
*     Universal solvent – water
