Midterm Assessment Review packet - All students should answer Questions 1-9 on page 1. If you find that you can not answer 1 or more questions on the first page, then answer an equal number of questions on later pages, so you answer at least a total of 9.  

Extra credit: answer all 25 questions by Tuesday's class.
