Frayer Diagram 

  1. Pick two vocab words from the Genetics Unit. 
  2. For each of the words, write down the Vocab word in the oval. 
  3. Then, write down the Definition in the upper left box.
  4. Draw a picture in the upper right box.  If you don't want to or can't draw a picture, write about characteristics (more than one).
  5. In the lower left box, write an example of your Vocab word, or give a synonym (another word for the same meaning or idea).
  6. In the lower right box, write about an antonym (opposite) or give an example of something not within your vocab word. 
  7. Finally in the box at the bottom, write a sentence with correct Capital letters, Understandable order of words, Punctuation, and Spelling.
